To support our team, we are looking for an paver driver / roller driver / asphalt milling machine driver (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

  • Operation and management of construction equipment (asphalt paver, large and small rollers, asphalt milling machines, wheel loader, spraying machine, bitumen stove, etc.) 

  • Maintenance and care of the machines 

  • Assistance with other activities when no equipment is required 

  • Execution of all work in strict compliance with accident prevention regulations and the specifications of MCS GmbH 

Your Profile

  • You are characterised by punctuality and reliability
  • You maintain team spirit even in stressful situations – both on the construction site and in the accommodation
  • You work independently and take responsibility
  • You are flexible in terms of working hours, site changes and occasional changes of accommodation
  • German language skills of at least A2 level are desirable
  • You are well-positioned with at least three years of professional experience or a comparable qualification
  • A class B driving licence (car up to 3.5 tonnes) is desirable
  • Driving licenses for pavers, rollers etc..
