To support our team, we are looking for an building construction foreman (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your Tasks

  • Column management of up to 20 construction workers on a construction site 

  • Expertise in formwork, reinforcement, concrete work, bricklaying on large construction sites 

  • Recording of daily construction reports, weekly hours and other evidence 

  • Preparation of measurements and standard industry requirements 

  • Realisation of scheduled tasks and deadlines 

  • Execution of all work in strict compliance with accident prevention regulations and the    specifications of MCS GmbH 

Your Profile

  • You are characterised by punctuality and reliability
  • You maintain team spirit even in stressful situations – both on the construction site and in the accommodation
  • You work independently and take responsibility
  • You are flexible in terms of working hours, site changes and occasional changes of accommodation
  • German language skills of at least A2 level are desirable
  • You are well-positioned with at least five years of professional experience or a comparable qualification
  • A class B driving licence (car up to 3.5 tonnes) is desirable
