To support our team, we are looking for an asphalt road builder (m/f/d) as soon as possible. 

Your tasks

  •  Setting up/staking out and securing construction sites  

  • Construction of asphalt roadways and surfaces  

  • Repair road damage  

  • Carrying out all typical industry activities such as milling, spraying, manual work, etc. in a team  

  • Safe handling of wheel loaders, vibratory plates, small equipment, etc.  

  • Execution of all work in strict compliance with accident prevention regulations and the specifications of MCS GmbH  

Your profile

  • You are characterised by punctuality and reliability
  • You maintain team spirit even in stressful situations – both on the construction site and in the accommodation
  • You work independently and take responsibility
  • You are flexible in terms of working hours, site changes and occasional changes of accommodation
  • German language skills of at least A2 level are desirable
  • You are well-positioned with at least three years of professional experience or a comparable qualification
  • A class B driving licence (car up to 3.5 tonnes) is desirable
