To support our team, we are looking for an Asphalt foreman (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks

  •  Crew management on the construction site

  • Independent scheduling of personnel, equipment and material deployment on the construction site  

  • Execution of all work in strict compliance with accident prevention regulations and the MCS GmbH specifications  

  • Coordinating and instruction of subcontractors

  • Ensuring (monitoring and checking results) the quality of execution  

  • Supporting the site management (taking measurements)  

  • Preparation of the required daily reports and weekly hours 

Your profile

  • You are characterised by punctuality and reliability
  • You maintain team spirit even in stressful situations – both on the construction site and in the accommodation
  • You work independently and take responsibility
  • You are flexible in terms of working hours, site changes and occasional changes of accommodation
  • German language skills of at least A2 level are desirable
  • You are well-positioned with at least five years of professional experience or a comparable qualification
  • A class B driving licence (car up to 3.5 tonnes) is desirable
